DN Civil is a local family owned civil construction company based in Nelson, serving the upper South Island.

Dereck Nilsen

Managing Director

Dereck has been working in the civil construction industry for over 20 years, during this time Dereck has gained the qualifications, experience and knowledge to allow us to undertake a large variety of projects.

Over the past 20 years Dereck is also involved in helping out the region by volunteering with Fire & Emergency New Zealand with the Nelson Volunteer Fire Brigade
